I have been building models since I was a lad of 10 years old. I built ships, tanks, and aircraft. Here are a couple of them, maybe not my best work but I like them.
The first is an air force F4, Vietnam.
The other an English Hurricane fighter, about the time of the Battle of Britain.
May post more later of some of my armor models.

My husband has built a few models, and so I can appreciate the kind of work that goes into building them. Wow! I love the attention to detail you put in the paintjobs. Very nice, Lee!!
I have a brother that's into building models. As a kid it was his dream to be an F-14 pilot, but due to some health and vision problems he never was able to. He knows all the stats on every U.S military plane that has ever been, and quite a bit about some of the foreign ones. Painting the models is the most frustrating part to me. Looks like you did a good job on those.
My brothers always had models in their rooms of jets and fighters that my dad made for them. Many nights they dreamed of being pilots and the great blue above.
Great knack you have there.
